• Sale of related spare parts through the online shop on this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse forms, accounts, or content.
Product details, service descriptions, and prices on the website are for information and sales purposes. We try to keep information accurate but may correct errors when needed.
3. Repair and service requests
Service requests may be made by phone, WhatsApp, website form, or other channels we provide.
Service depends on:
• Technician availability
• Your location within our service area (Kathmandu Valley)
• The nature of the appliance problem
You should provide accurate contact details, location, and a clear description of the issue.
4. Inspection and service charges
A visit or diagnostic charge may apply for home service. Any charge will be explained when you book or before work starts.
Repair prices may depend on inspection, spare parts needed, and the work required. Approximate prices shown on the website are guides only and may change after diagnosis.
Work proceeds after you agree to the scope and cost discussed with us.
5. Customer responsibilities (repair visits)
When a technician visits:
• An adult (18+) should be present to allow access and decisions about the repair
• The work area should be reasonably safe and accessible
• You should provide accurate information about the appliance and problem
6. Spare parts shop and orders
Spare parts may be ordered through our online shop.
• Product names and images are for identification; confirm compatibility (model/size) before ordering if you are unsure — you may contact us on WhatsApp for help
• Prices are shown in NPR unless stated otherwise
• Placing an order is a request to buy the listed items at the stated price, subject to availability
We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, if payment is not completed, or if information is incomplete or appears fraudulent.
7. Payment
For repairs, payment methods may include cash, mobile wallet, or QR transfer as agreed at the time of service.
For online shop orders, payment methods shown at checkout apply (including manual or QR payment where enabled). You may be asked to send payment confirmation and order number on WhatsApp so we can verify and process the order.
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed according to the method you used.
8. Parts quality and compatibility
We aim to supply spare parts suitable for the stated use. Compatibility can vary by appliance brand and model.
We supply parts that we believe are suitable for the job; we do not claim every part is original brand-authorized OEM.
Customers should confirm model details when needed before installation or purchase.
9. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Repair services: Charges for completed visits or completed repair work are generally not refunded, except where we agree otherwise in a specific case.
Shop products: If you need a return or refund for a spare part, contact us on WhatsApp or phone with your order number. We will review the request based on product condition, whether it was installed or damaged, and the time since purchase, then confirm what we can offer.
10. Warranty
Any warranty on repair work or parts applies only if we state it clearly at the time of service or on the product or order. If no warranty is stated, none is promised beyond what applicable law requires.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law:
• ChhitoSewa is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses
• Our responsibility related to a service or product is limited to the amount you paid for that service or product
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control (such as access issues, incorrect address, or parts availability).
